Studios with Mezzanine Rua da Moeda is aof 7 self-catered Studio apartments,below the roof with lots of skylights and wooden beams showing the over 200 year old roof construction.

The Studios are accessible through a nice stairway with tiles from the early 19th century.

These 7 Studios are located in the neighborhood known as Cais do Sodré with its official name MISERICORDIA.

The building has restaurants in the ground floor, offices in the 1st floor and 7 fully equipped Studio apartments in the 2nd floor. It is located in front of a park and right opposite of famous Lisbons´ market MERCADO DA RIBEIRA with half of the space being TIME OUT MARKET with over 30 food stalls of best chef cooks of Lisbon.

The property is 250 meters away from central, 300 metres from Bairro Alto and 500 metres from historical Chiado. Lisbon’s International Airport is located 8.3 km away from the units.

This accommodation has no reception and guests do self-check-in with a digital key code and also do self-check-out . The property will ask you for your personal email address and WhatsApp number. It is mandatory prior arrival to do an online- check -in procedure. After submitting, the digital key code will be created and it is valid during the stay. The key code is needed to enter the building, a hallway door and the door of the booked Studio.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days.

Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guests own risk.

Please note that dogs are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.

Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50EUR per stay.

Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booking.

Please note thatStudios are on the 2nd story of the building and accessible through 4 flights of stairs.

Please note that the 7 Studios with Mezzanine are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building, like most buildings in historic areas of Lisbon, does not have an elevator. The staircase is wide and beautiful, with old tiles.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Superior Studio. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building, the air-conditioned open-space studio has its main bed on top of a mezzanine. The living area has one sofa and there is a flat-screen cable and satellite TV, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom comes with a shower and there is also an equipped kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. The buildings staircases are decorated with traditional Portuguese tiles. Dogs are accepted in this unit, upon request and at an extra charge. ;
Deluxe Studio with Mezzanine. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building, with Portuguese tiles, the air-conditioned open-space studio. There is a flat-screen satellite and cable TV, as well as a washing machine. This Studio has two queen-sized double beds. One on top of the mezzanine and one below. The bathroom comes with a shower and there is also an equipped kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. Pets are not accepted in this unit. ;
Junior Studio with Mezzanine. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building, with Portuguese tiles, the air-conditioned open-space studio has its main bed on top of a mezzanine. There is a flat-screen cable TV, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom comes with a shower and there is also an equipped kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. Pets are not accepted in this unit. ;
Deluxe Family Studio with Terrace and Mezzanine. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building, with Portuguese tiles. There is a flat-screen satellite and cable TV, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed on top of the mezzanine and a queen-sized bed below. The bathroom comes with a shower and there is also an equipped kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. The terrace has a retractable sunroof and there are barbecue facilities. Dogs are accepted in this unit, upon request and at an extra charge. ;
Premium One-Bedroom Studio with Terrace. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building, this premium Studio has a rooftop terrace. The bedroom comes with a king sized bed. The living room can accommodate 3 futon beds or a queen-sized bed, plus a futon bed. An additional single bed may be arranged on the sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and induction stove as well as a washing machine. Linen and towels are provided. The terrace has a retractable sunroof and features barbecue facilities. Dogs are accepted in this unit, upon request and at an extra charge. ;
Deluxe One-Bedroom Studio. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building with Portuguese tiles, the air conditioned studio with 8 windows has its main bed inside the bedroom and a single bed in the living room. There are two flat-screen cable TVs, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom comes with a big shower and there is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee-machine. Linen and towels are provided. Deluxe Studio with Terrace and Mezzanine. Set on the 2nd floor of a traditional 18th century building, with Portuguese tiles, the air-conditioned open-space studio has its main bed and a sofa bed for 1 person on top of a mezzanine. The queen sized bed below the mezzanine can be converted2 futon beds ( 0,70m x 2,00m). The living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and stove as well as a washing machine. Linen and towels are provided.
